General Queries

Logic Soft is an online platform for students, parents, and institutions to buy books, school uniforms, book sets, stationery, notebooks, toys, games, and other accessories in one place. It works as a one‑stop shop for your school and bookstore supply needs.

You can find your books in multiple ways: browse the “Books” section by category, use the search bar to look up a title or ISBN, select your school from the “List of Schools” to see all prescribed items, or use “Custom Order” to upload your book list so Logic Soft can prepare the cart for you.

Along with books, you can order school uniforms, school book sets, stationery, notebooks, toys, games, and other related accessories as configured for your Logic Soft store.

Add all the required items to your cart from product pages or school lists and proceed to checkout, or buy a single item directly using the “Buy Now” flow if enabled in your Logic Soft storefront.

Yes. Go to the “List of Schools”, choose your school, and view all mapped items such as books, uniforms, book sets, stationery, and notebooks used in that school.

Yes. Use the “Custom Order” feature and submit your requirement or upload a clear picture of your book list. The Logic Soft team or your store admin can then try to source the titles and update your cart.

Yes. Select your school from “List of Schools” to view the complete set of items used there, and then add all required products to your cart in a single flow.

If you do not have time to search item by item, go to “Custom Order”, upload a picture or file with your list, and the team can identify the items, prepare your cart, and notify you.

Logic Soft storefronts typically work with multiple sellers or branches, so the dispatch location depends on the supplier that fulfills your order for the selected items.

Most Logic Soft based stores ship across India, subject to serviceable PIN codes and courier coverage. You can confirm availability by checking your PIN code on the product page.

On each product page, enter your PIN code in the delivery checker (if enabled) to see whether delivery is available in your area and the estimated timelines.

Shopping & Delivery

Shipping charges depend on the store configuration and courier partners. Some Logic Soft stores may offer free shipping for specific products or above a certain order value, while others charge a standard delivery fee.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the delivery option configured (such as standard, faster, or low‑cost). Estimated dates are usually shown during checkout based on your PIN code.

Go to “My Account”, open “My Orders”, and select the order you want to track. If tracking is enabled, you will see the latest shipment status and courier tracking link there.

As a general rule, delivery address changes are not allowed once an order is confirmed. You may need to cancel the existing order (if still possible) and place a new order with the correct address.

My Account

Go to “My Account”, open your profile or account settings, and use the password change option. Enter your current password, set a new one, and save the changes.

After logging in, go to “My Account” and click on “My Orders” to see a list of all your orders along with their status and details.

Go to “My Account” and open the “Addresses” section. From there, you can add a new address or edit existing saved addresses used at checkout.

Open “My Account”, update the email field in your profile details, and save the changes. Some stores may also send a verification link to confirm the new email.

Order and Payment

Logic Soft storefronts generally support standard online payment modes such as debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets, depending on the payment gateway configuration.

Payments are processed via secure, PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways over encrypted connections, and card details are handled by the gateway, not stored by Logic Soft.

COD availability depends on each Logic Soft store’s policy and courier serviceability. If enabled, you will see COD as a payment option during checkout; otherwise, only prepaid methods will be shown.

If cancellation is allowed, you can request it from “My Orders” before the order is packed or shipped. Otherwise, you may need to contact support using the details on the Contact Us page.

Items usually cannot be added to an existing confirmed order. To buy additional products, place a new order with the extra items.

Stores built on Logic Soft can offer multiple modes such as Recommended (standard), Faster, or Cheaper delivery, each balancing speed and shipping charges differently based on your location.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is a mandatory tax levied by the Government of India on many goods and services. While printed books may have zero GST, services such as shipping and certain products can attract GST as per applicable law.

For eligible returns, the store will generally refund the full amount paid for the returned items, including applicable GST, subject to the return policy and payment gateway rules.
